Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive your order confirmation. Occasionally an item sells out in store between your order and picking — if that happens we'll contact you to substitute or refund that item; we never substitute without asking.
Prices & GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Specials run for limited times and while stocks last. Weighed items (per-kg) are charged on the actual packed weight, which can vary slightly from the estimate shown at checkout.
Delivery & collection
Home delivery — including the free-delivery-over-$150 offer — is available only within our local delivery areas around the St Marys and Orange stores. We do not deliver outside those areas. If an order is placed for an address we can't deliver to, we'll contact you to arrange click & collect or a full refund. Delivery windows are estimates. Someone should be available to receive perishable items; if you ask us to leave an order unattended, chilled items are left at your risk. Click & collect orders are held for 48 hours.
Refunds
If something is damaged, missing or not as described, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.
