🚚 Local delivery

• • $9.90 flat fee — free when you spend $150 or more*.
• • We deliver around St Marys (Western Sydney) and Orange (Central West).
• *Free delivery applies to our local delivery areas around the St Marys and Orange stores only. We don't deliver outside these areas — if your address isn't in our area, we'll contact you to arrange pickup or a refund.
• • Orders are picked fresh off the shelf and delivered by our own team.
• • You'll get a tracking link the moment your order is confirmed, and updates as it's picked, packed and on its way.

🏪 Click & collect

• • Free, from either store — St Marys or Orange.
• • Order online, and we'll tell you the moment it's ready to pick up (usually the same day).
• • Bring your order number — that's all you need.

🧊 Chilled & frozen items

Cold items are kept refrigerated until your order goes out and travel in cooler bags. For click & collect, we keep them in the fridge until you arrive.

↩️ Something not right?

If anything arrives damaged, missing or not as described, call us on 0435 240 203 or reply to your order email within 48 hours and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
