When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and — for deliveries — your address. We also keep a record of your orders so you can reorder easily and we can help if something goes wrong.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver your orders, to send you order updates, and to improve what we stock. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider — your full card details never touch our servers.
Storage & security
Your data is stored securely in Australia. Passwords are encrypted and we limit staff access to what each role needs.
